Time is precious, so we should utilize it fully in doing such things that are important for us or the things that makes us happy. We can't bring the gone time back. So instead of regretting later for the past time uselessly, we should make our habit of spending each precious moment of our life in those things that makes us feel better and gives some positive result.
If we want to alter our life then we should change our thoughts. Controlling our thoughts is really important. We should focus on our thoughts and try avoiding negative thoughts and focus on those which make us joyful. If we will focus and starting avoiding the negative thoughts and start thinking positively then very soon we will be full of positivity.
