Work for self satisfaction not for praising others. Self satisfaction is very much important . It makes us feel we gave our best. We should try to cross our capability because going beyond our limits will take us towards success. We should give our best in everything we do. Because whatever result we get at the end ,we will be satisfied that we have given cent percent. If we are giving the best we are supposed to then there is no doubt that we will win. It takes time to make big achievements because achieving success is a process and executing some process requires time and effort.
